How Does It All Work?
We keep our process incredibly simple. We don’t run any checks at all.
Step 1- Take a look at our properties page to see our current inventory.
Step 2– Contact us in order to schedule a viewing of the property.
Step 3– After inspecting the home thoroughly, you will contact your representative to provide you with a copy of the paperwork to review.
Step 4– Once you have thoroughly reviewed the paperwork and decided to proceed with acquiring the property, you’ll reach back out to our representative to schedule the signing and how you’ll be putting down the down payment.
Step 5– Put down the down payment and sign the paperwork. You now have a contract for the deed.
Any issues or concerns you have about the condition of the property should be discussed with your representative upon your inspection. All houses are sold “As Is”. This does not mean that there is necessarily anything wrong with the home. It only means that we will not be making any repairs or improvements prior to the sale of the home. We will also not be making any guarantees, or warranties in regard to the condition or livability of the home. We strongly encourage you to inspect your home prior to making a down payment.
